Located in Funchal, Il Galo D’Oro is the gourmet restaurant of The Cliff Bay five star hotel. The main ingredients of the restaurant’s dishes are from Madeira Island, allowing guests a gastronomic experience with local and traditional flavours.
The Yeatman, Vila Nova de Gaia
Overlooking the Douro River and the city of Oporto, The Yeatman restaurant offers a classic atmosphere and a sophisticated cuisine. The restaurant pays special attention to the combination of dishes and the wines that accompany them.
Vila Joya, Albufeira
Vila Joya is located in the south of Portugal, in the five star Boutique Hotel with the same name as the restaurant. The sea is the main source of ingredients used in Vila Joya, and its dishes are connected to the sea.
With a view over the Atlantic Ocean and decorated in blue, the Ocean restaurant belongs to the Vila Vita Parc. The restaurant provides gastronomic creations always with local products and ingredients, offering guests seasonal menus.

By the sea, the restaurant Vista is part of the five star hotel Bela Vista in Portimão and, according to its description, the restaurant “surprises all five senses”. The menu is inspired by the traditional and Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting the fish of the Portuguese coast.
Gusto by Heinz Beck, Almancil
The restaurant Gusto by Heinz Beck is located in Conrad Algarve, presenting a classic Mediterranean cuisine menu with a modern touch. The restaurant has a lively open kitchen, a Cuban cigar menu and an open air terrace overlooking the endless pool.
Located in Alentejo, the restaurant L’AND, inserted in the hotel with the same name, reflects the Portuguese gastronomic culture with the experience of the Orient. The restaurant uses products from local farmers, from citrus fruits, vegetables, cheeses, aromatic herbs, cattle raised in the countryside, fish and seafood from the port of Setúbal and traditional olive oil from the region.
Located at the Altis Belém Hotel & Spa, the Feitoria restaurant provides experiences that go far beyond a dinner. With an author’s kitchen and a vision focused on the product’s origin, the Feitoria’s chef wants “those who visit us to feel the wet smell of the earth and the sea breeze, to have contact with the product and the people who treat it”.

G Restaurante, Bragança
In the interior of Portugal, the G Restaurant is located in the Pousada de Bragança, being characterized as a challenge to the palate of its customers, privileging the seasonality of the products, either from the cold land in winter, or from the hot land in summer. The menu is changed every six months, in the solstice corresponding to each season.
William’s restaurant is located at Belmond Reid’s Palace on Madeira Island. The restaurant privileges the best products of the island and its menus are made of seasonal dishes. Among the bigger dishes are the confitão with tomatoes or the ravioli of mushrooms stuffed with pumpkin.
