L’AND, Montemor-o-Novo

Located in Alentejo, the restaurant L’AND, inserted in the hotel with the same name, reflects the Portuguese gastronomic culture with the experience of the Orient. The restaurant uses products from local farmers, from citrus fruits, vegetables, cheeses, aromatic herbs, cattle raised in the countryside, fish and seafood from the port of Setúbal and traditional olive oil from the region.

William’s restaurant is located at Belmond Reid’s Palace on Madeira Island. The restaurant privileges the best products of the island and its menus are made of seasonal dishes. Among the bigger dishes are the confitão with tomatoes or the ravioli of mushrooms stuffed with pumpkin.
